Excellent company culture: Even though I was intern, I quickly felt like part of the team Transparent, thoughtful and responsive leadership: All hands meetings gave employees significant updates and insight into progress of different teams and company as whole. Consistently left those meetings with a better understanding of how my work was contributing to the mission. A culture of asking questions was fostered and encouraged by company leadership. Exciting and meaningful mission: It does not take long to get invested in the importance of the work that Intezer is doing.

Collaborating across time-zones has some challenges for any company but there are reasonable expectations set by when meetings are held, etc.
