Pros
Staff is talented, hardworking and friendly. Free lunch on Fridays. Company parties are fun.
Cons
Higher level employees are expected to be on call 24/7, even on weekends, holiday, vacation, etc. Salaries and benefits are inferior to other firms. Management is extremely quick to point out problems and place blame, but slow to work towards solutions. Employees are pushed to their limits with overwhelming workloads and unrealistic deadlines. The owner can be extremely insulting and downright inappropriate when he speaks to his staff.
