We deeply regret that your experience working with us was not as expected. We accept every review with gratitude, as the feedback we receive helps us to improve. However, we are surprised by your comment, which is completely distant from our corporate culture, as well as from the feedback we receive from different sources (anonymous periodic climate surveys, exit interviews, other public reviews...). Hence, we believe that it is fair to contrast your appreciations with facts:
Our staff is made up of professionals from more than 20 different countries and there is no single area or work team in the company in which all its members have the same nationality. This would not be possible if we did not hire and manage talent regardless of its origin. Our international and multicultural environment is part of our corporate identity and an aspect valued and cared for by our employees. Someone with a racist behavior would have no place at Intracon.
We are also proud that 24% of our staff is young talent and that only 2 of these people are working as interns, as we are committed to offering stable hiring and development options to this group, which unquestionably enriches the organization with their freshness, enthusiasm, and attitude.
On the other hand, we have the remaining 76% of our team represented by diverse profiles between 30 and 56 years old, who occupy more senior positions and with whom we achieve the perfect balance, as they share knowledge with our more junior people and guarantee the quality of our solutions thanks to their expertise.
We are also a company committed to supporting the LGBTIQ+ community, which carries out and promotes awareness actions related to the inclusion and diversity of all people, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation. We have the corresponding anti-harassment and anti-violence protocol. We have never had to use it and we would be very surprised if any of our collaborators had engaged in intolerant behavior, but if this had really been the case, please contact us at hr.spain@intracon.com so that we can deal with it immediately.
