If you’re located away from the head office, you just hang on for the ride. Not a company structure issue, but the way of thinking and politics of the ‘circle of trust’. Bureaucratic. No process. People who we’re supposed to get help from who claim to be busy always but just aren’t productive. The ‘circle’ means that there are people who’ve been around do not do much. They get away with it. Don’t expect a meaningful raise if you get a promotion......
