Good and smart colleagues Willing to use latest technologies but it depends the management Care for the employee's Pay on time Good environment Human-focus HR policy Good to gain experience as a junior (for 2-3 years ) but in long term , you will be forced to leave with one way or another
Cons
Lack of Low/Mid-level management Some peoples are not willing to hear for new code techniques and technologies, which will cost time and human resources Technology-Employee sacrifices which creates more problems that it solves in order to provide a deliverable to the client
