You can administrate your working hours and its super flexible. as freelancer you can be open to use tools they provide you but also your own set of tools to help you to get where you want to be. The treatment is super human and the company is just amazing, product and employee wise.

time zone difference and we currently have no one in emea that has decision power and we have to wait for approvals from the us.
