Good work environment, i never feel any disruption during my 4 years in such excellent company environment Got promotions on time as expected, Each and every facility to make an employee comfortable during his job is available in excess Each and every documents i have been given by HR on time without any exception

Need to select only good people from interview Should not carry employees those feel boring and don't have interest in their job

1. Salary comes on time 13th day of every month. 2. they provide meal if you stay late night post 10pm. 3. they offer you club/lounge party 1-2 times in a year. 4. Nothing else as considers pros..

For experienced, 1. When you get hired in start they make you feel that you are the most considered person in the company, they hire 2-4 freshers under you to enable them to work flawless. further you turn those freshers productive in 3-4 months, you will get fired because they maintain 4 freshers productive resources in just 1 single experienced resource. 2. In a rare case (if you involved in a project that last long with client interaction) you be retained till a year and you expecting appraisal they put bond condition with your increment to stay at-least a year but even though you will never know when you get fired with a sudden email notification and you will not getting any relieving documents. 3. there always be work pressure like hell 12 hours everyday. they trap you at time of joining its 5 days working but you forced to work 2-3 Saturday and Sunday as well every month. For freshers, 1. there is a bond for 1.6 years with submitting your 10th original marksheet. 2. you will have to work like machine forced by you project manager. 3. if you are ready to licking balls of you TL/Project Manager you will definitely get some bonus prize half yearly but you need to perform extraordinary.. 4. you will be warned time to time to get fired, to work late night neglecting your health and personal issues.
