When you get hired in start they make you feel that you are the most considered person in the company, they hire 2-4 freshers under you to enable them to work flawless. further you turn those freshers productive in 3-4 months, you will get fired because they maintain 4 freshers productive resources in just 1 single experienced resource. 2. In a rare case (if you involved in a project that last long with client interaction) you be retained till a year and you expecting appraisal they put bond condition with your increment to stay at-least a year but even though you will never know when you get fired with a sudden email notification and you will not getting any relieving documents. 3. there always be work pressure like hell 12 hours everyday. they trap you at time of joining its 5 days working but you forced to work 2-3 Saturday and Sunday as well every month.
