      The best people & working culture. Everyone here works super hard but at the same time it's always rewarded. As it's a startup everything moves at the speed of light, which is great for different learning opportunities!

      Pros

      Inven is an amazing place to be surrounded by some of the most ambitious people. I really like the opportunities for learning and career development within Inven and the knowledge that my job opportunities after Inven will also be dramatically increased.

      Personally not a con for me but customer facing roles have slightly later hours due to global customers
