Worst toxic environment and no career path - Anonymous employee Invenco by GVR Employee Review

I worked with the greatest team of individuals I have ever met. Everyone worked well together and communicated effectively. Every day was a new challenge to tackle, and I was never bored. I worked for the company starting as Gilbarco Inc, and highly value the time and everything that I learned from working here. The benefits are incredible, you start with 4 weeks of vacation and get another one after working there for 5 years. They are closed on all of the major holidays and the company really does value your personal time, and balancing work and life together. My time here ended due to a company restructuring but I would have loved to make Invenco by GVR my full time lifelong career. The company is moving quickly and changing rapidly. I am excited to see where they go.

Stress levels can be high with the high demand of work and constant pivoting from one priority to the next. Uncertainity of the future can be stressful as layoffs seem to happen no matter how well you perform in your role.

Remote, flexible working hours that comes with small travel to boost internal team and customer relationship building. No work forced on weekends, they understand personal time vs. working time.

It is a global company that does come with timezone challenges. There are adhoc late night and early morning calls. Even though these aren't necessarily mandatory it really effects productivity and efficiency if not on for team collaboration. There is also no incentive plan and salaries are not market met (year over year). Lastly, the leadership isn't as diverse as I'd hope.
