Pros
Fantastic coworkers, for the most part. One of the only places in the industry where you can start fresh out of school. Opportunity to get a lot of experience quickly. Most teams do not micro manage and allow you to take ownership of your own role.
Cons
Really underpay compared to competitors and overwork employees. Very high attrition and HR doesn’t seem interested in doing anything about it. Very difficult to advance at the company, most people have to leave to get a decent promotion or increase their base pay. Not great work life balance, leadership seems set on decreasing WFH flexibility. Leadership is very disconnected from experience of anyone below SVP and it doesn’t feel like they care about keeping people here and developing them professionally. Managers are overworked and can’t focus on helping direct reports grow. Very low diversity among leadership.
