They have realistic and exciting growth plans, making it a super exciting and interesting time to be part of their team. - Everyone has each others best interests in mind and genially care for each other. - We work very hard, deliver great results and have fun while we do it. - We offer traditional recruitment services but with a total focus on the identification and supply of under-represented talent. In addition, we have a full ED&I consultancy practice which helps clients on their ED&I journey all extremely relevant in todays candidate short market.

Inclusion sits at the company's heart, everyone is involved and takes ownership of whatever they're doing and you meet some wonderful people in the form of clients and service providers.

For me, very few cons really, it's a fascinating place to work. I have enjoyed working remotely, which i think post-pandemic is a better way for me to work, ahead of being fully office based.
