Since the management change in the last three years atmosphere become more and more hard and toxic as the management push to show more revenue and push to more hours and did 3 round layoff every year. The company cancel the bonus policy and any salary increase and expect employee works over time while not been compensate As the work is in high pressure this let to situation whereby the BA can thrown under the bus on any little mistake as well as developer
