Colleagues are all wonderful, hard-working people.
Cons
No raises for years now, and bonuses for most people were taken away last year. So many layoffs in the past two years that I've lost count. No reassurance that the layoffs will end - when employees expressed concern in a town hall, the CEO actually said that the constant layoffs are a sign of a 'healthy functioning company' in today's modern age. Very little opportunity for upward advancement, from what I've seen. Most teams seem to be working on weekends and nights, and it's just accepted as the standard.
