Pros
Financial services are being revolutionized before our eyes. Peer to peer finance companies have given the 'underbanked' access to finance that they didn't have before. Investly is doing the same for small and medium businesses, filling the financing gap that banks are unwilling and/or unable to fill by allowing them to sell their invoices at a small discount. I'm proud to be able to play a part in that, to do something that makes a difference instead of just pushing papers around. Our relatively small team is fun to work with and is constantly on the lookout for improvements. On days when you feel like you'd get more done at home, you just work from home, no problem! Workers who are knowledgeable and show motivation to learn and improve are most welcome. These two points are of key importance, really, because the company is developing very fast and everyone needs to be able to adapt to changes.
Cons
Invoice financing is a relatively new concept to a lot of small and medium businesses and investors which means that it takes time and effort to explain what it is we do to businesses and investors. However, this also works in our favor as the market is unsaturated, giving us room to grow.
