Employees are fantastic, hard working professionals. IT team is knowledgeable and gracious in mentoring junior team members supportively.
Cons
Company does not invest in maintaining products. Led by sales with a hunt/kill/move on mentality, this means customers are neglected after onboarding, and any products that are not new and shiny are left to rot. Massive technical and security debt from lean staffing and no reinvestment. It is a shell of its former self and I would not recommend to anyone looking for a career as this company will be out of business in the near future.
