While InvestorPlace is indeed evolving, well thought-out plan is crucial to protect both existing employees and current business needs.
New product launches, better efficiencies or the creation of new positions are all priorities – we do embrace change here!
With employee retention being the highest it has ever been, we’re hoping that those who work here feel valued, supported and appreciated even as we grow and evolve. IPM does not have a large corporate structure and we pride ourselves on that – with bureaucracy at a minimum. Managers on every level and HR encourage employees to speak up if there are concerns, questions, and of course, accolades deserved! If there are concerns regarding pay, sub-cultures, sub-par managers or feelings of inequities, employees are encouraged to talk with HR or other resources in company to have their voices heard.
We’re not perfect but we can’t try and fix anything we don’t know is broken!
