Great benefits package: including free food in the office, a good 401k match, 17 PTO days accrued throughout the year, phenomenal health insurance options & coverage, and a handful of other perks (such as a wellness program that will reimburse half of your personal wellness expenses, up to $1,000 per year). Average pay (you won't feel underpaid here). Great team that wants to see employee's quality of life improve.
Cons
Siloed, lacking a collective vision. Pay is barely keeping up with inflation. Small company vibe, missing a level of maturity that is expected of a ~40-year-old company. Not inclusive, makes outliers feel unwelcome. High turnover.
