Pros
Prominent in the industry and provide a good package for the employee with decent perks. They also allow the employee to have work from anywhere scheme twice a month.
Cons
Too much banking guys with their obsolete knowledge. Those guys creating status quo. Too much affair internally, between the receptionist to the C-level. It's just an unhealthy social environment. If you are lucky to join the company, please stay away from them after office hours.
