      Pros

      This job is all about execution. There is a daily routine that keeps motivated. There is a team that is always there to help you and give you feedback in many aspects of the business( sales, interviews, backend work...). It is a very fast-paced environment that you do not have the time to become bored.

      Cons

      This is not a job for those who cannot handle rejections well.

      Pros

      While working for Invictus Direct, I have been able to grow so much both personally and professionally. The fast-tracked training program has given me the opportunity to learn more than I ever though I could in such a short amount of time. I have not yet had a job that has managed to teach me as much as I have learned here. Being rewarded for my hard work has been so encouraging and has given me that extra push when I need it most. The team atmosphere has made me feel right at home here and I truly feel like I have made some friends for life!
