Pros

Invictus Preparatory Charter School is a community of dedicated, brilliant and enthusiastic educators who share a mission and a vision to prepare students for college and beyond. The leadership is committed to the students and ensuring staff are adequately supported in order to fulfill our mission by serving our students. The culture is unlike any job I have experienced; it is vibrant, it is loving, it feels like a family, it fosters continuous improvement and it is fulfilling. Opportunities for professional development are offered continuously. I would recommend considering working with our team without any reservation.

Cons

My experience has been great! I don't have any complaints!

Pros

The school has potential however when education is key potential is not enough.

Cons

It is great to see that there are a couple of great reviews, however, leadership at this charter school is extremely poor and disorganized. The anonymous reviews may be the administrative team itself. The school needs strong leadership and a strong discipline code. Students are out of control and there is no discipline at all. The discipline code is not followed nor is it enforced. Teachers are poorly supported and the leadership staff instead of finding solutions they play the "blame game". The components in place for discipline are ineffective. There is no follow up and students are actually running the school building. There are so many great dedicated souls in this school, however, there is no follow-up on any issues. Meetings are held with no direction or agendas. People grandstand and can't understand why the school is failing. There is massive testing yet poor data results. The teaching staff gets very little support and with no support you have poor results.
