Although a great learning experience, team members (especially new starts) are often caught off guard by last-minute decisions and process changes.
If you do not have additional income sources, this business is not for you. They aren't transparent about the financial risks that come along with the program.
Does not offer travel, lodging, meal reimbursement or stipends. Keep in mind, in the first few months of your employment you travel to different locations around the country (in your own vehicle).
If you believe in work-life balance and aren't in a position to devote most of your time (including weekends) to the program, you will be slow in progression.
