I have been at Invoice Cloud for about 2 years. The company is growing rapidly and has ambitious goals, which we keep hitting year after year. The products are fantastic, but more importantly, the culture and people are great. You can have the best products in the world, but it still comes down to who you are working with daily. The culture and the people are not a mistake, senior management has thoughtfully created a great collaborative culture by hiring the right people and empowering them to excel. Management truly cares about the people and everyone has a voice at the table.
I can’t let the 2 negative reviews go unaddressed. My guess is that it’s the same person, simply because there is extremely low turn over and they are a month apart. Fast growth and high expectations are not for everyone. This is not a place where you can just sit on the sidelines and collect a pay check. However, if you want a great culture, great people, great products and great opportunities, this is the place for you.
