      Would try to gain work for employees as close to home as possible and also give good rates for hourly pay on the railway.

      Cons

      If they can't find you work which is close to home then you will have to search for work elsewhere because they will not contact you for anything.

      The company has shown a lack of morals and a lack of class on how they handled me leaving the company, Taking it very personally to the point of deducting 99% of my final wage without any prior warning or concrete reasoning to do so leaving me in severe financial hardship. Then when trying to sort the situation out then getting radio silence from the company leaving me in the unknown
