Medical Billing Department Worst in IonIdea - Anonymous employee IonIdea Employee Review

Being an ex-employee, i would say that Medical Billing Department is the worst department in IonIdea. I haven't seen such a worst management and its rules. Here are some extracts 1. Manager shouts at employees in front of everyone 2. Doesn't give much salary and increments. Gives lame excuses to for this. 3. Too much work load. This is due to too many people leaving the team (with and without prior notice) 4. Doesn't care of women employee. As per gov rule, after 7:30pm, security of women employee is to secured and company is responsible. But i have see they torture women employees and wanted work to be complete and dont care how the women employee reaches back home late night. At least cab need to be arranged 5. Leaves are difficult to get even if its personal emergencies. It will be considered loss of pay sometimes even if you have remaining leaves I have seen many people leaving the company sometimes in a week of joining. Some of them will disappear all of sudden. Almost every week, one or other person leave from that department HR Department really dont care. i wonder what HR is doing for such attrition in IonIdea. May be HR will have work in recruiting new people daily. Else they will be jobless :) Note: i dont have anything wrt IonIdea as a company. Only the work culture in some department will create bad name for the company as a whole
