It's a company that is doing really good in numbers, fair benefits
Cons
They promote individual that are super performers, but lack the emotional intelligence and people management skills required at more senior levels. So.... manager just don't know how to manage. They think they know it all. They assume they are the smartest people in the room..... everyone pretends they are open and expect your feedback but at the end the work in what they call "the Isis way", just do what they want, no place for great new ideas at all. They don't care about people, the turnover is very high. Work at least 10h a day and weekends quite often, no work-family balance, of course, no extra hour payments.
