      Worst HR dept & policies, No mediclames facility, Planning less work im engineering projects, no technology promoters, safety only on papers or only in certain plants.

      seniors approachable, good for beginners, lot of opportunity to learn, GC, HPLC, wet lab. overall good experience.

      Work Load, low compensation, work life balance, not so good cafeteria
