Worst company to work with - Product Management Ipca Laboratories Employee Review

Very high level of politics. HR also favours higher management. Worked in Uro division. GM of Uro division is most Ghatia person, a good actor. He emotionally torture you & act as good boss and show does lot of favour but in reality he uses you and spread bad things about you behind you. Very much biased person does fav to only one person in division. Please dont join that division at any cost. It is like you have to work for your brand also and other's brand also. Very bad exprience. Very unprofessional person.
