Pros
1. During my time, all my colleagues were amazing, even different team members were amazing, I'm still in contact with most of them. 2. Office was good, lunch paid but was good, no issues. 3. 1 CEO of 3 CEOs is really amazing, he is very supportive, guides you, gives you challenging tasks too, and says to do RND and learn and figure it out. 4. CTC is good if you ask for it but hope every month that they give you your salary on time.
Cons
1. Egoist management. 2. CEOs make so many promises but don't even complete a single promise. Big liars. 3. Don't care about your time and salary at all. 4. The salary is not on time sometimes. For my last salary, I had to wait for months to get mine and still, they didn't give me my complete salary, I left the remaining salary to them, don't have time for this mess. Forget notice period, this word is not even in their dictionary, etc. 5. Expected you to work overtime. No overtime pays at all, work for free. 6. Only 1 project to work on. No exposure. 7. Make fun of your health issue, really like really. 8. Take advantage and make fun of your "career ambitious and excited about learning something new", wtf. 9. 1 HR is good, call anytime, and will be there to help you but in reality, never help you for a very understandable reason, I'm also an employee, and have to talk with egoist management first. Be a motivational speaker. 10. Management created a channel called Fun to post memes where every colleague post meme, so you do too but when you go to management regarding your career, salary, etc., they will say you are immature because you are casual, chill, and on work, everyone should be professional. They expect you to be a robot but everyday management and the CEO will tell you to be more chill and say do fun activities, go and play in the game room, etc. Hypocrites. 11. Ask for salary and money, they have countless excuses, and they will start making fun of your health, career ambitions, and excitement of learning something new. 12. If you reach here, do a job at Ipsator at your own risk, I'll not advise you at all, to go for less CTC but to a good company that has some ethics, and moral values, and respect you and your time.
