      We place great importance on the way we work as the basis for people to feel they are able to balance their work and personal commitments. When it comes to growth and progression, please work with your leader to define how you want to grow and how best to achieve your goals. I'd like to understand what you come up with and happy to chat on that. In terms of benefits, these are hopefully simply to understand but aren't without features. I'm keen to chat on this if you would like to. Thanks for your feedback.

      Pros

      A great sized company where you can move between teams for entirely new experiences and domains but with the familiarity of a larger organisation. Great community spirit and policies that work for employees. Trust from leaders without micro management. Willingness to invest in technology to make staff life easier (Gsuite/zoom/slack - well before their time)

      Cons

      The scale of the business sometimes impacts speed of delivery and agility. Recent salary reviews haven't kept pace with industry inflation. Over burdened middle tier managers spend more time firefighting than strategising
