While Iress is a great place to work, there are a few drawbacks. The company has just undergone a significant transformation. As a result, redundancies, premature promotions, and new hires have occurred. Everyone has an option, and you occasionally hear a 'so and so shouldn't be in that postion', or 'They got rid of X who had signifcant expertise in area A'. This leads to a distrust in management and the senior leadership team. However, changes due to the recent transformation have settled down recently, and I expect this atmosphere to reduce as the company finds its feet again.
