- Lack of management skill, the company is using their employees as lab rats. There have been over 5 people manage the company in 2 years from which 3 had no technical knowledge. - The let lie to the customer and not tell them the actual problem type of approach. - Disrespectful environment and hazardous at times making it impossible to even hear or speak properly with the customer on the phone. - Lack of technical foundation - Horrible benefits. Varies employee by employee if you are favorite or not. Bonuses are usually promised but not always delivered. - Big Brother attitude. - Vague promises and lies to attract employees. - Meaningless meeting. - Worried more about the time spent on the phone with the customer rather than the quality of the work. - Lack of documented procedures. - I've seen people walk out and also get fired because they don't fit. - Some customers are very rude all the time, especially to new employees.
