- No management over your own deals.
- People are "promoted" and then let go oddly quick because they couldn't "handle the job".
- No one has time for you. Collaboration at an all time low, especially between LE's and Sales.
- If you even have a decent sized deal, you do not own it, management does and then they scold your client and then your deal is postponed.
- No longer legal for legal.

- Leadership has terrible reputations - ask around before you interview.
