Pros
Nothing really comes to mind... perhaps one pro is the ability to work remotely so you don’t have to put up with the dreadful management.
Cons
Condescending attitude by management. No clear corporate vision or project scope. A very bad attitude by the administration and Human Resources team. Recruitment do not have any idea of what people are needed to fit specific roles. No career development, no pay increases and unrealistic deadlines.
