Pros
The work environment is very community-like. With all the students, events, and ideas, I feel at home when I am with my lovely colleagues. I would actually miss them on weekends. The whole structure is very organic, with no rigid rules or hierarchy at all. We do what we do because we love our jobs and the people there. We intentionally select very positive employees so they also contribute to this environment. I find most of our colleagues so creative and interesting also in their private lives. I would definitely have them as friends, too. There is always space for new ideas. You can test your theory and new workflow here. Your colleagues actually would appreciate your efforts in trying out new things, instead of focusing merely on KPIs.
Cons
Freedom and chaos come as a package of course. The company is growing so fast we the rotation rate of employees is relatively high during this special phase, so we are constantly onboarding and offboarding people, sometimes extremely capable good employees, which is sad sometimes.
