Pros
Working at Iru means food stipends that actually get used, coworkers who are easy to work with and know their stuff, PTO that people are encouraged to take, a real 401k match, a competitive salary, and two company paid Wellness Weeks each year to fully disconnect.
Cons
The role is in office five days a week with only thirty work from home days, which can feel limiting. The rebrand is still in progress and some products are not fully ready yet. AE training is rigorous and leans more toward technical knowledge than sales skill. There are a lot of certifications that make you more technical but do not necessarily teach you how to sell.
