      The compensation was pretty good

      Cons

      Communication is lacking. Leadership invents work to validate their jobs that add no value but a lot of overhead. Low employee moral Zero culture If you've recently been laid off, or are looking for a new job and find an open job with kandji, move on. It isn't worth it.

      Fantastic benefits, hiring process, and mostly amazing and very hungry people !! This company is truly life changing as compared to corporate America !! Not rivalry, only support and good vibes (trust me that is so rare)! In addition, fast promotion

      Amazing interview and onboarding experience. Interviewers were transparent and answered any questions I had gracefully. Onboarding was smooth and easy, made me feel very prepared to start working.
