Good benefits, great comradery with fellow employees in my work group.
Cons
Horrible middle management with no knowledge of anything related to industrial process equipment but insists on micro managing. No concern for employee safety when pressured. No support or backing for employees. Lying and back stabbing is the norm, just a incredibly awful atmosphere for a professional journeyman tradesman to work in.
