Pros
-Some really great coworkers, though many end up leaving for better opportunities. -Close to The District. -Decent salary for entry-level positions, less than average in the industry for other positions such as product management.
Cons
-Horrible management, the non-Japanese executives and managers are so disorganized it's ridiculous and always blame those under them for their own errors. Anyone not in a management position is treated like dirt. -Hostile work environment, the management creates an atmosphere that makes everyone scared that they will be terminated for any mistake they make. -They like to hire friends and relatives, so they will terminate employees to bring them in. -Extremely high turnover, I've seen about 10-15 employees terminated without warning in the past year alone, or leave because they can't stand the work environment anymore. -Never any food provided to employees, even the holiday celebrations are potlucks. People scavenge for leftovers from manager meetings. -Ridiculous deadlines, for example they will ask people to submit major things such as next year's budgets and give them only 2 days. -HR is pretty much nonexistent/doesn't do anything. -Performance review is a joke, they'll create a "plan" for you saying you'll be sent to training programs and classes but it'll never actually happen because the company is so cheap. -Favoritism is clearly prevalent, this place is like a fraternity, if you're not a part of the "in-crowd" or don't kiss up to the managers then they won't like you. -Management lies, if they want to fire you they will straight up lie in front of you and HR about the reasons for your termination. I think that's about everything, you've been warned! Don't let the decent pay fool you into thinking this company is a great place to work for. There are very few employees who have been here long-term which should speak for itself.
