If you are complacent, unmotivated and good at pretending to work this is the place for you. You will probably retire here!
Cons
The R&D department is a place for gossip and complacency. Management is completely unprofessional, making decisions which make employees paranoid and have everyone actively try to put everyone else's work down. There isn't much to learn here other than what not to do and how not to run a business.
