Pros
Is that by reading this review you will not make the mistake of enduring the mental anguish and daily disrespect to your human dignity that all who work there suffer. Glassdoor had many, many more negative review on this company before. Not sure why those review are not posted any more. One of the reviews was mine as I worked there for a bit over six months before I could get out. This took place well over a decade ago getting close to two at this point but it is still upsetting that I permitted myself to be so poorly treated just to not lose, what at the time was, my families only source of income as my wife was pregnant with our first child.
Cons
I worked on the top floor as part on the design department. This meant that we were treated like the "elite" in comparison to the recent immigrants, all of whom are female, that do the packing on the bottom floor and are treated like human excrement instead of like humans. Those of us in the design department were still treated like prisoners and fear, intimidation and humiliation were the method used by the ownership to manage. Thinking back on it now, some of the stuff: like forcing the woman in packing (including some who were clearly pregnant) to work locked inside the no window, dark and super hot warehouse that had no ac nor power do to a hurricane that had just hit so that the company would not be late with the shipments was just criminal.
