Pros
My coworkers were great and there were a small handful of managers that were competent and fair. Pay was decent.
Cons
There is no vision for the company. Upper management does not have a clear strategy for the company. UMAX is clunky, messy, and hard to navigate, not a great combination when you're trying to sell it as an ERP solution. The business development team doesn't have a clear strategy either. They constantly aim towards whatever low hanging 'utility service' fruit they can, without thinking about the consequences of constantly configuring and developing solutions for smaller payouts. Itineris does not have it's employees backs. I, along with others, was asked to leave due to our roles being pushed out. That's fine and completely understandable for a growing and changing company. The reason that I'm leaving a review now is to note the uncalled for and demeaning path that management chose to take with that news. I was told by a former coworker that management let us individuals go for our 'low performance'. Not once during our tenure was our 'low' performance evaluated or mentioned, but they chose to scare their remaining employees with tales of the ones who couldn't 'keep up'. It's honestly disheartening that I devoted so many hours to a company and team that could do something so distasteful. To all the young, fresh graduates looking for a role. You will definitely find better opportunities elsewhere. If you chose to stay here though, watch your back because Itineris doesn't have yours.
