Pros
Flexible schedule. Maybe you can meet decent colleagues (before they definately burn out - it goes without saying). Medical insurance.
Cons
Too much management, not enough people actually doing there work. People are treated like numbers (slaves?) and not active contributors to the organization: managers set up unrealistic KPIs and were taught only just KPI policing - not empathy and leadership, not.. The company is desperately after profit and will run over anyone's body to achieve its goals, it's a pity.. Beside that, management lacking of mid or long term strategy. Reflected in cuts and redundancies due to thinning margins. No career path. As a result, high staff turnover. Didn't allow time for new hires to learn the product, and as if it's not enough - documentation is unreliable.
