      Pros

      LANDesk has a great company culture and is very good at acknowledging and rewarding hard-work through various award schemes. The company is in a great position and had a strong leadership team who have a very well communicated vision for the organisation. The salaries and additional benefits are very good.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of a downside at all. It can be difficult working for a US company when you are not based in that US office but, in my opinion, that is the same for every US organisation

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
