1) No stock or bonuses, at least not for non-managers 2) It is a bit disorganized - who owns UX has gone back and forth for months, what we are building has pivoted wildly ... I think we end up making the right decisions but it would be good to make concrete decisions to reduce some heartburn. 3) We simply can't build fast enough - Ivanti Cloud needs more data sources to ingest, and it needs more functionality from across Ivanti legacy products 4) the engineering org is trying but struggling to become a devops - there is no dedicated weekly headcount to address operations, and engineers aren't getting paged at night for problems. 5) It's a worldwide company, so most meetings are in the mornings (starting at 8 am) to accommodate employees in other time zones.
