      Pros

      Plenty of good things to say about the teams of people - intelligent, professional, good ideas, and want to make a difference. New direction and focus is starting to take shape and being noticed in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Certain senior management continue to cause problems laterally and horizontally in the organization, which breeds an environment with less trust, passion and employee satisfaction.

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
