      Pros

      Good benefits and time off. Great technology and happy customers. Motivated sales force. Smart and fun marketing peers.

      Cons

      Challenges with consistency of strategic direction being shared consistently with the rank and file or the everyday workers feeling they understood the plan. Lack of incentive plan for general employees. Looks like management stands to make money when company is sold but not all with benefit.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
