      Pros

      Great culture, fair balance between hard work and reward. Not at all suitable for people with a lazy approach to work or those who expect high rewards without investing effort. Management are approachable and hands-on. The company is ever-evolving and adding capability without veering from its core purpose. Many people, especially in the EMEA region, have been there a long time which says a lot about the work/life philosophy of the company.

      none that stop the bus.

      Pros

      Great people. Good benefits and pay. Lots of opportunities for growth. Interesting projects. Great work life balance due to the ability to work remotely.

      Cons

      A lot of leadership changes recently which can cause for uncertainty as the new leaders are figuring out the company and how they want to move forward.

      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule, PTO is good

      Cons

      Code base is a dumpster fire. The majority of the team is in India and the engineers there don't really care or know anything about writing good code. Management is screaming AI, AI, AI and expecting a huge increase in productivity but meanwhile I'm fighting my environment every day because someone has broken master with their crappy code.
