Generally knowlegable people in the support much more than other companies. Good relationship between individuals.
Cons
The salary is not competitive. Too much gap between salaries of technical support and technical consultants. Support used to do the job of professional consultants. [We are a bg family..we are all the same..(except the salary of course)] The technical knowledge of technical consultant is much lower that people in support. TRAINING? It is pure sci-fiction: despite some internal training nothing to do...only the usual rethoric: "we buy they book, we give one day off, you do the exam..." Too many acquisitions in so short time, the office location changes quite every year. The new management (Thoma Bravo) is extremely greedy: they are trying to put the books on ''formal'' order to sell an formally good but empty box to someone else as soon as possible to make profit.
