      no pros at all, terrible company

      Cons

      The leadership in this company cares only about the sale yet to close not at all about the Residents in their care. The company culture is so toxic I thought I needed to leave the industry all together turns out it was the toxicity of Ivy Living culture which broke me down.

      love working with the residents and prospective residents and their families

      Cons

      management and coworkers are terrible, Pay is really low for all the work they expect. and management does not support employees at all. in fact, they pit them against one another
